Upon arrival system operational. Cycled heat. No issues. Checked schedule in thermostat. No heat strips installed in equipment to eliminate cool air during defrost cycle. More than likely When unit goes into defrost over night it’s blowing cold air in the home as opposed to heating it. Recommend trying lower heat setting overnight to prevent equipment from coming on.

Replaced defrost control board to allow for proper unit operation. Part is covered under warranty. Cycled heating and cooling. System is operational at this time.

Main unit operational upon arrival. Cycled unit. Unit is operational at this time. Client mentioned the issue happens overnight. Inspected defrost board. Some burning and discoloration on the back of the board. Will check into warranty and availability of defrost control board. Installed new thermostat for addition unit. Tested. Unit operational. Signed up second unit on club membership.

Upon arrival system not operational. No 24v to unit during call for heat. Bypassed thermostat and unit kicked on. Thermostat has failed. Replaced thermostat with Honeywell T6 pro WiFi thermostat. Did not have WiFi T6 on hand. Installed standard T6 for temporary heating. Office will call to schedule return visit to install WiFi tstat. Signed up on club membership for routine maintenance and savings.

**Joined the Guardian Maintenance Program 1yr** Upon arrival system not working properly, no air flow. Went into the attic and diagnosed a Failed ECM motor. No other tests performed due to no air flow. Calling manufacturer tomorrow to get availability on motor. Will call to confirm ordering with homeowner. HVAC non operational at this time.

Performed Sidekick visit. Completed heating and AC inspection and tune up on Bosch heat pump system. Replaced Merv 16 filter with a Merv 13 filter. Bring Merv 16 filter 20x25x5 at next visit. System is operating properly at this time.
