This company is reasonable and reliable. They service my parents house, since they are elderly I was notified by text when the technician was on his way and was called by him to go over what he did and what was needed so my parents don't have to deal with any of it. I would highly recommend them!

Performed diagnostic/noise complaint. Inducer housing was rattling, causing a loud rattle, amp draws @ 1.1/1.5 A. Noise goes away when I put my meter clamp on inducer, screws are stripped, could not tightened down housing, No issues with the unit at the moment but system is older, not up to code. Recommend: Upgrade system for efficiency and safety. Customer requested estimate on system, informed about manager special discount on unit and rebates. Set up appointment for quote on new system on Saturday, Jan 9th @10AM.
Found out WHF is wireless, switch on the wall isnâ€™t connected to WHF, but client wants WHF to be wired connection, informed Dave let him know. We will call back and set schedule for installer to wire WHF.
Performed diagnostic on WHF, switch was not getting proper voltage to high speed side, switch was getting 120V on low side but blower still didnâ€™t kick on, diagnostic bad switch and motor. Vendor is closed, need to order on Monday and return to replace when parts arrive.
Went over insulation options. Can do financing or 5% cash discount.
Preformed furnace tuneup on a carrier system system has no air purifier blower wheel needs to be cleaned no other issues or concerns at this time system is operational
Upon arrival homeowner stated they just came back in to town and did not know the system was having issues. Inform them that contractor called in to ensure that the thermostats are working. Checked main thermostat and other control thermostats to make sure they are working properly and they are. Showed homeowner how to set up for app on their phone.Checked system in heating mode and system came on with no issues. No other issues at this time.
Replaced air handler control board. Rewired indoor and outdoor low voltage line at air handler. Tested system for operations. System is operational at this time.
Upon arrival found s30 thermostat not communicating with either systems. Replaced S30 smart hub, mag mount and thermostat. Still no communication with air handler. Called tech support, was not getting between 2.5-2.7 DC on I+or- with common. Need to order air handler control board.
