Performed heat tune up on 11 year old amana furnace located in attic. Washed 2 heavily impacted filters. Cleaned all furnace components. Tested all electrical components and tightened connections. Adjusted gas pressure back down to manufactures specs. System is operational and heating at this time. Honored $25 discount coupon. Signed homeowner up for 1year of superhero club membership. Will have 2 more visits after today

Diag preformed on a hp system Upon arrival system is not turning on at all checked air handler found a bad 60amp fuse and also ductwork is falling apart need to be replaced blower motor is leaking oil and blower wheel needs to be cleaned checked system after repair system is operational Client want to talk to a comfort adviser about system replacement with ductwork

Performed after hour diagnostic on a Carrier Heatpump system. Found bad 45 amps fuse at air handler disconnect, replaced 45 amp fuse at no charge per management. Heat strip pulling 16 amps rated for 29 amps, Ecm blower motor pulling at 1.3 amps, all electrical connections are secured. Surge protector, Contactor, Hard Start kit is recommended to prevent future issues. Ran system for 45 mins with no issues at this time.

Return to perform quoted repair of installing hard start kit to lower lock rotor amps below manufacture specifications check system before down system is drawing 120 A installed hard start kit and checked operation of system found system is now only pulling 91 Amps system is operating properly Customer was concerned about an error message popping up on the thermostat about the auxiliary heat running for too long verify that refrigerant level is OK verify that condensing unit operates properly verified temperature rise in heat mode down system is operating properly.

Performed diagnostic on a Trane system. Upon arrival found 3 amps fuse blown and tstat wiring at was on incorrect connection. ADT technician approved repair. Replaced fuse and correct wires, system is operational. Emailed a Dale the invoices.
