Remove and dispose of old HVAC system Install new 2Ton Rheem Gas/Electric Package unit on roof. Install new drop in curb Install 16x25 return can with 16x25 High Flow Grille. 16in return duct connect to existing Ductwork New Gas Flex and sediment trap New Condensation Drain line Tape and seal duct registers New Service disconnect and electrical whip Install Nest thermostat, I left behind.
All fixtures and drains in house all working properly. Camera inspected main line found clay pipe from house to the city, line was clear. Found water main from meter to the house, most likely galvanized pipes. Found minimal leak from ball valve to union and found rust and dampness coming from base. Water heater still functioning but due to age recommend replacing with newer model.
Preformed real estate inspection found the blower motor leaking oil and wheel needs to be cleaned flame sensor needs to be cleaned system has no hard start kit and no surge protection system need to be properly maintained system is operational at this time
Customer request superhero heating inspection service performed superhero heating inspection service removed inspected and cleaned flame sensor adjusted gas pressure to 3.5 inches of water column found system operate properly with a 43 heat rise Inspected system in cooling mode found system operates properly in cooling mode refrigerant level is OK at this time When inspecting filter found a large amount of insulation stuck in the filter inspected return ductwork did not see any obvious breaches system was just installed and this is the first maintenance suspect some insulation may have gotten into the duct during installation advised customer that we will recheck next maintenance During attic inspection found overall insulation level at or below advise customer to look into Having a insulation specialist from Huft come out and perform a quote for getting more insulation added or replaced.

System non op on arrival. Old tstat was installed and wired correctly, old electric only furnace on a modular home. Tstat was sending power for W to energize. Found all correct voltage and all fuses ok. Found sequencer properly sending voltage to heat strips. Electric heat strips receiving proper voltage but have failed. High potential where they are no longer manufactured. Client to contact home warranty to see if they will help them out, system left non op. Suggested looking into system replacement options.
Upon arrival water Heater not working properly, no lit. Cleaned off thermal couple and flame sense Relit pilot and the water heater kicked on Noticed water rust from leak and water heater knocking. Evidence for water heater failure. Recommendations New Water Heater.
Found battery terminals on thermostat wasnâ€™t touching batteries. Terminals also has corrosion. Bent terminals to contact with batter. Thermostat is operational at this time.
Diag preformed on a Goodman system System was locked out on high limit I checked the filter, was extremely dirty client did not have replacement filter I reset system without filter system is operational at this time told client to replace filter ASAP 16x24x1 also client Join the guardian club membership today
