Performed a diagnostic on a Williams wall furnace. Furnace wasn’t converted to propane when it was installed causing heat exchanger to soot up and not working properly. Was also pulled apart and cleaned by another company but still isn’t working properly. Homeowner wants to replace it with a wall heater with built in fan. Will work out an estimate an email it to homeowner.

Install new electrical dis-connect at condenser with properly sized fuses and weather tight flexible whip. Replace existing return air grills with High Flow grills. Remove registers, manually seal boots and re-install existing floor registers. Do not replace existing return air grilles Per homeowner. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test. Freon recovery per EPA regulations. Installation includes equipment, material, labor, crane, SMUD Rebate processing, all required testing, taxes and permits.
