I have had Phong for the last 3 calls and I am more than pleased with him. He is prompt, always wears a mask and booties and gloves. I dis notice that his mask could use a good wash but I understand that due to the nature of the job it probably doesn't stay clean long.

prompt and efficient

Kevin was on time and was very thorough. My only concern was he used a bandana rather than a face mask and the science is clear now that bandanas are not helpful in protection from COVID 19. The company should provide proper PPE for it's employees.
Great Service and Knowledge

Performed a heat tuneup. Checked heat operations, all components, and safeties. Found dirty blower wheel and weak blower capacitor.
Upon arrival I tested heat pump system for operation. System operating normally. Tested system 4 times and each time system ran normally. I found contactor has burn marks and is pitting, defrost board shows signs of burning but still functional, compressor LRA is reading higher then specifications indicating it is working harder then it should. Blower wheel is dirty and reading higher then specification amp draws. System is operational at this time.

Conducted permit corrections Applied de-ox to conducters in disconnect at air handler Re-sealed lineset at air handler Re-ran condensate at air handler Taped lose wires at air handler Touched up spilled glue and primer door jam of air handler Customer indicated that her husband may not fully appreciate the painting, we might have to re-do. I thought it blended and covered pretty well.
