The technician came out to do my first annual service, tune up on my new heat/air system and was really friendly and got along well with our Husky! He even helped reprogram my thermostat for better efficiency. I highly recommend this company!

Performed heat maintenance on 1 year old Bosch split system heat pump. Reprogrammed thermostat for homeowner. Replaced 20x20x5 merv 11 filter with a merv 13 filter. Tightened all electrical connections. Tested all electrical components. Checked refrigerant levels. Cleaned outside unit. Wiped down air handler and heat pump. Everything is within specs. System is operational and heating at this time

Performed diagnostic. Client concerned about a clicking noise when unit turns on, I cycled system on and off 3 times, could not duplicate noise. Informed it may just be the unit settling but I went through order of operations and no issues at all. Unit is operational at this time.

Diagnostic call for no heat. Upon arrival system was non operational. Set to heat. Air handler turns on but not the heat pump. System is completely flat on charge and heat pump is locked out on low pressure. Performed UV leak dye search. Found big leak on bleeder line off of outdoor txv. Charged system up with 7 pounds of R410A per manufactures specifications and adding in for line set and evap coil. Pressures are a little out of spec still but will definitely keep the house warm until we can return to recover and charge system after welding up the leak. Will call 8nt the morning to set an Immediate follow up to finish the quoted repairs. System is operational and heating at this time
