Octavior was amazing. Extremely helpful as my grandma is on a very tight budget and even gave us a discount to help lower the price to something she could afford. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly, as there were unforeseen issues that should have raised the price, and that there were no more issues with the drain. He was extremely friendly and kind. He kept his mask on the entire time and did a great job cleaning up after himself.

To remove wood planks from under standing shower in front entrance, not responsible form exterior repair. Removed existing compression shower drain and strainer, installed new ABS drain housing with glued connect, installed new Ptrap and connected to existing drain waste arm Load tested shower and lavatory sink along with toilet to ensure no further leaks No leaks occurred Huft not responsible for exterior siding patch/repair

Upon arrival water heater was shut off. Turned gas valve back on. Lit pilot. Pilot stayed lit and gas fired up. Let unit cycle to heat tank. Unit never shut off.

Initially removed toilet to inspect toilet flange, flange was not cracked or broken just not secured. Secured down with screws. Replaced wax ring, angle stop, and water supply hose. Added caulk to bottom of toilet and tested by flushing toilet 5 times, test well no evident leaks. 1 yr warranty parts and labor.

Performed install corrections. Changed 40a breaker in sub panel to a 60a. Replaced 40a fuses in disconnect to 60a. Checked wire size from main panel to make sure it was large enough.

Performed diagnostic. Client tried to replace tstat and blew fuse on control board, client replaced fuse, but couldn’t get any power to unit. Upon arrival, I noticed blower door wasn’t put on all the way, I put door back on and wired new tstat. System fired up right away. System is operational at this time.
