Jet came out for a follow-up appointment to check the status of a leak in our system. Although he was not able to find the leak (he said it was most likely inside our walls), he gave us several options on how to best move forward. Jet was very helpful and friendly, and provided excellent customer service.
Excellent company from Gina (scheduler) to Chuc Nguyen (technician).

Remove and properly dispose of existing split system. Provide and install one 3.5 ton Rheem gas split system. Installation includes equipment, materials, labor, permit, required testing, and taxes. Also need to redesign ductwork for a 3.5 ton system. Currently it’s ran for only a 2.5 ton system.

Performed diagnostic, control board giving code there’s a problem with pressure switch. Checked return side of unit, I noticed insulation was blocking airflow, causing pressure switch to trip, I removed insulation, ran system for a while and no issues present.
